Course Title: Valuing Volunteers
Date: Tuesday 6th November

Venue: Donard Hotel, Newcastle

This course will highlight new initiatives to sustain and attract new members to GAA clubs. The course will also include information on club governance and fundraising.
Course Outcomes: By the end of the course the administrator will: Be aware of new techniques to attract new club members Be aware of programmes to sustain current club members Understand the Club Maith Accreditation Process Content: The course will include the following A Presentation on Valuating Volunteers Round-table Feedback workshop Discussion Review of Club Maith Process Examples of best practice Question and Answer Session

Title: Ladies FUNdamentals


Date: Saturday 17th November / Saturday 24th November
Time: 10.00am
Venues: St John's Belfast / Clann Eireann Lurgan 
Course Outcomes: By the end of the course the coach will: understand the qualities needed to be a good coach have a clear understanding of the rule differences between the ladies and men’s game have sampled a variety of games for warm-up, skills sessions and cool downs have a basic understanding of the Ladies Gaelic Football Code of Ethics and it’s place within coaching Content: The course will include the following: planning a training session the ABC’s of Ladies Gaelic Football Code of Ethics ideas for coaching sessions and much more This course is 6hrs in duration.




Course Type: ACDP Practical
Course Title: Fine Tuning the Female Athlete
Course Outcomes: By the end of the course the coach;
Learn how and when to coach female players appropriately. Understand factors influencing females in sport
Practical Tips on Skill Development 
The course will include the following;
Theory
Facts and general issues
Female windows of opportunity
Top 10 Tips
Practical
Outdoor session on skill development
Drills to improve team play

Venue: Mid Ulster Sports Arena,Cookstown 8pm – 9.30pm
This is an outdoor practical participation session and participations should come prepared to take part with appropriate clothing and equipment.
